Once you have filled out your Print Shop Request Form, attach all sample pages and send via district mail to Technology Services Annex, attn: Gail Desler. Technology Services will review the form to make sure it's filled out correctly and that the attached i-SAFE lesson pages are on the approved print list. (The approved print list is highlighted in yellow on each grade level page).
